Player's own diary

Keep your own training diary

For players whose coach does not use P.L.A.W — you log your practices yourself.

  1. Step 1

    Create your diary

Sign up and pick "Player (my own practice diary)". The app is ready for you right away — your own card is already there. The first 14 days are a trial; after that the diary is paid.

  2. Step 2

    Set up your drill codes

For each focus you get 20 slots for your drills. The account starts with example codes, so you can log a practice right away — rename any slot to the drill you really do. Your analytics break down exactly by these codes.

See what the example codes mean
  3. Step 3

    Plan a practice

Create a practice with a date, time and duration. You see it in your calendar right away.

  4. Step 4

    Log what you did

Add drills to the practice — focus, shot character, code and duration. After the practice, fill in the actual time and notes, and lock it — it becomes a permanent record.

  5. Step 5

    See where your time goes

Analytics by week, month, quarter and year, compared to last season — broken down by drill code and shot character.

  6. Step 6

    Share it, if you want

In My profile you can generate a code for your parent or manager — they see your practices, read-only. Do you have a fitness coach who uses P.L.A.W? Link with them and their sessions show up in your calendar.

Example drill codes

Every new diary starts with these codes, so you can log a practice right away. They are only examples — keep them, or rename any slot to your own drill; your analytics follow whatever codes you use. You find them in the app under Drill codes.
