1.Who we are and what these terms cover
The P.L.A.W application is operated by &Go, s.r.o., Vnútorná okružná 178/27, 945 01 Komárno, Slovak Republic, Company ID 46571388, VAT ID SK2023447976, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Nitra, Section Sro, Insert No. 31170/N ("we"). These terms govern the use of the application by a coach ("you").
We operate the application; the subscription itself is sold to you by our payment partner — see section 5.
By registering and using the application you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
How we handle personal data is set out separately in the Privacy Policy. It is part of this relationship just as these terms are.
2.What the service is and is not
P.L.A.W is a tool for planning, recording and reviewing training sessions. It helps you keep documentation and shows you how you split the time with a player.
What it is not:
- It is not a medical or diagnostic service. It gives no advice on health, physical load or injuries and does not replace a doctor or a physiotherapist.
- It is not a coaching method. What you train and how is your decision. The application only records what you entered and calculates overviews from it.
- It is not an indestructible archive. We do back the data up, but do not treat the app as the single and only archive of your work.
3.Your account
The account is personal. Do not pass your login details on, and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect someone else has access to it, write to us.
Use truthful details when registering — a name and an email address where we can reach you.
An account is either independent or belongs to an organisation. If you join a club, federation or academy, the players and their documentation belong to that organisation. Anyone doing both needs two separate accounts — that is by design, not a limitation: your employer's data and your own players should not mix.
4.Trial, subscription and plans
The trial period is 14 days and requires no payment card.
Plans differ in how many players you may have active at the same time. Archived players do not count towards your plan. Current prices are on the pricing page and are final — any tax that applies is already included in them.
What happens when a subscription ends:
- You do not lose your work. You keep seeing the list of practices, their detail, the history and the calendar.
- Writing stops — you cannot add new practices or records.
- Analytics is part of the subscription.
- You can still edit your own drill codes without a subscription, so that the app is ready when you come back.
If you move to a plan below the number of players you have active, writing stops until you bring yourself back under the limit. We never archive anyone for you — deciding which child you stop working with is not ours to make.
5.Payments
The subscription is paid in advance for the chosen period.
The subscription is sold to you by Link, a Stripe service, and not by us. Stripe acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, works out and pays any tax due in your country, issues your receipt and handles refunds and payment disputes. The checkout page states this. Link's own terms apply to that purchase and are available to you at checkout.
What stays ours is the service itself — the application, your data in it and everything these terms promise. If the application does not work as promised, you deal with us.
The price you see is the final price. Any tax that applies is already included in it, so the amount does not grow at checkout.
Your payment details never reach us. We neither see nor store your card number.
Your receipt is issued by Link, not by us. If you need it again, or a payment goes wrong, write to support@plawsports.com and we will sort it out with Stripe for you.
You change and cancel the subscription yourself in the application, under Settings — the customer portal opens there, where you can change your card, move between plans and cancel.
If you are an organisation, coach seats are invoiced outside the application under a separate agreement — that invoice comes from us, not from Stripe.
6.Withdrawal from the contract
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
If you want the service to run immediately and not wait for that period to pass, you confirm this expressly when ordering — and your right of withdrawal then lapses once the service has been fully provided; if you withdraw while it is running, you pay a proportionate amount for what you have used.
If you are in business (self-employed or a company) and order the service for that business, this right does not apply to you.
To withdraw, an email to support@plawsports.com is enough. Because the subscription is sold by Link (section 5), we pass the withdrawal on to Stripe and see it through — you do not have to deal with them yourself.
7.Your responsibility for other people's data
This is the most important part of these terms and it is not a formality.
The player data you enter into the application is in your hands, not ours. You decide whom you add, what you note about them and to whom you issue an access code. Three commitments follow from that:
- Inform the parents that you keep a record of their child. We have prepared a ready-made text for you — you only need to hand it over.
- Do not record health data without the parent's consent. This includes notes about injuries and fatigue, not only measurements.
- Share with care. An access code for a parent and a link with a second coach are carried out without any further checks — the decision is yours.
The details are in the Privacy Policy, section "What is your responsibility".
If you breach this responsibility — for example by adding a child you have no agreement with the parent about — the consequences are yours. We will help with what is within our power, but you are the controller of that data.
8.What you must not do
- Access other people's accounts, or attempt to.
- Circumvent the plan limits or the payment guards.
- Download data automatically beyond ordinary use.
- Use the application for anything unlawful.
- Transfer or sell your account to someone else.
For a serious or repeated breach we may restrict or close the account. Unless it is necessary for security reasons, we will contact you first.
9.Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the application running, but we do not promise one hundred per cent availability. Occasionally we need downtime for maintenance; if it is planned and longer, we will say so in advance.
Features may change. We add new ones and rarely remove one. If we were to remove a material feature you pay for, we will announce it in advance and you will be able to end your subscription with a proportionate refund.
10.Liability
We provide the application with professional care, but as a tool — the training decisions are yours.
We are not liable for the decisions you make on the basis of the overviews, for injuries or for sporting results, nor for damage caused by entering data incorrectly or by sharing access with someone you should not have.
We are liable for the service working as described and for the security of the data under the Privacy Policy.
If an obligation to compensate damage arose on our side, it is limited to the amount you paid us over the last 12 months, but no less than 500 €. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent, gross negligence or damage to health — there the law does not allow it.
11.Termination
You: you may close your account at any time. The subscription runs to the end of the paid period and is not refunded pro rata (except in the case in section 9).
We: we may end the relationship for a breach of these terms, or with three months' notice if we were to stop providing the service.
What happens to the data: before closing your account you can ask us for it and we will provide it in a readable format within one month. After closing it is deleted within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy. Parents and players to whom you issued an access code keep their copies — their relationship is with us, not with you, and your departure does not take their history away.
How long records live while you use the service: an individual practice for at most 4 years, a player's records as a whole for one year after their last practice. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
12.Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance by email or in the application. If you do not agree with the change, you may end the relationship before it takes effect and receive a proportionate refund of your subscription.
Minor corrections that change neither your rights nor your obligations are made without notice.
13.Governing law and disputes
The relationship is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic and disputes belong to Slovak courts. If you are a consumer, you do not thereby lose the protection given to you by the law of your country of residence.
A dispute about the service — the application, your data in it or anything these terms promise — is a dispute with us. If you are a consumer, you may also try to resolve it out of court through the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), Bajkalská 21/A, P. O. BOX 29, 827 99 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, www.soi.sk.
A dispute about the payment itself — the amount charged, the receipt, a refund or a chargeback — is a dispute with Stripe, which sold you the subscription (section 5), and it is governed by Link's terms; the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority is not the authority for it. Write to us all the same: we will pass it on and follow it through.
